A committed and experienced coach and mentor who combines state-of-the-art personal development technologies with highly developed communications skills, Maria draws on long and successful careers in both the corporate and the consultancy environments.

Has spent the last 20 years working with advanced profiling tools and nlp culminating in the achievement of the global consultancy and training qualifications. Undertakes ceo and chairman one-on-ones in the areas of visioning and identity coaching. This is work which has powerful outcomes for both individual and organization as it aligns drivers with absolute clarity – a fusion of inspiration and pragmatism.

Maria has held senior positions in industry for many years achieving her first directorship in the hi-tech industry 25 years ago at age 31, has general and functional management experience and has expedited numerous consultancy projects.

In addition she has consulted extensively and internationally with senior executives and teams to fast-track performance gains – from mbo and vc scenarios to restructuring challenges in large organizations.
