The starting point of Maria’s approach is to employ the Birkman Method (www.birkman.com) a powerful and comprehensive psychometric tool developed over 60 years and 2.5 million profiles which delivers subtle information about behaviour, aptitudes and attitudes. She is a fully qualified practitioner and one of the most expert in the world with over 20 years experience in its use and application.

Maria is also a trained and experienced NLP (neuro linguistic programming) Master Practitioner and Consultant who can design interventions to alter limiting context, for changing what an individual projects and hence what they get back from life. It provides a language and a context from which to get some distance and perspective on yourself. This is what Maria calls 'personal referencing'.

Organisations thrive on communication and wither if it is missing. Maria’s approach of developing personal referencing is designed to deliver rapid and sophisticated change and development in terms of personal presence, certainly when making decisions, developing generative ability when passing on ideas. It is integrity based, working towards a soundness of stance and feeling in terms of both business practice and the means to inspire others.

Effective group action can also be an objective of personal referencing, telescoping the bonding process so that strong teams are built in weeks rather than years.
