Biography

I have spent the last 30 plus years working with advanced profiling tools and NLP culminating in the achievement of the global consultancy and training qualifications. I work with leaders  in the areas of visioning and identity coaching. This is work which has powerful outcomes for both individual and organisation as it aligns drivers with absolute clarity – a fusion of inspiration and pragmatism.

I have held senior positions in industry for many years, have general and functional management experience and have expedited numerous consultancy projects.

In addition I have consulted extensively and internationally with senior executives and teams to fast-track performance gains – from mbo and vc scenarios to restructuring challenges in large organisations.
